Certain.e.s ont une facult\u00e9 de reconna\u00eetre imm\u00e9diatement leurs \u00e9motions et de les traiter de fa\u00e7on ad\u00e9quate, d\u2019autres se laisseront submerger parce qu\u2019ils.elles n\u2019ont pas toujours conscience de comment cela fonctionne. Le stress est un signal interne indispensable \u00e0 notre survie. Il nous permet de nous adapter \u00e0 notre environnement. Lorsqu\u2019il est prolong\u00e9 ou mal g\u00e9r\u00e9, il devient un poison redoutable. Entra\u00eenant \u00e9puisement s\u00e9v\u00e8re ou d\u2019autres soucis de sant\u00e9. Dans cet atelier, je vous propose une reconnexion \u00e0 votre sensorialit\u00e9 afin de mieux identifier l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du stress et d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses plus ad\u00e9quates.
