On pouvait demander de l\u2019aide, partager des difficult\u00e9s, trouver des solutions ensemble.<br>Aujourd\u2019hui, cette protection a presque disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque salari\u00e9 doit \u00eatre \u201cautonome\u201d, prouver sa performance, respecter des indicateurs pr\u00e9cis.
